Stan Keniston Architectual Project

A recent project was very interesting. I worked with Stan Keniston of Architects Alcorn Keniston, LLP. The project was quite difficult where we had to measure paint swatches and match them on a Photoshop Channel loaded as a layer. I accomplished the task at hand with the help of GMB products. I measured the paint swatches and obtained their RGB values and used ColorMatch RGB as my working space. I chose ColorMatch becasue it was the same space the PhotoShop files were in and thought I would give it a try. I measured the swatches with my I1 Spectrophotometer in i1 Share and exported the data as a PhotoShop Pallett. I then imported the colors into Photoshop and loaded each channel as a selection and replaced the existing color with the measured color. I did this for the trim, garage, and stucco portions of the buildings. Once printed to a profiled printer the results were spot on.
